Guia celebrates its traditional festivities with a programme that combines religious celebrations, musical entertainment and gastronomy. The event features food stalls, traditional gastronomy and concerts by Emanuel & Tânia and Bonga on the 29th, and by Humberto Silva and Rute Marlene on the 30th. The festivities conclude with a fireworks display. Times: From 7 pm.
Expect crowds, colour and a programme that runs late. Great for groups, easy to dip in and out of, and very much the real Algarve.
