Festival Mar Me Quer — 5th edition on the Portimão riverside takes over Portimão — one of those Algarve gatherings where a whole town turns out for music, food and a proper celebration, centred on Zona Ribeirinha de Portimão.
Expect crowds, colour and a programme that runs late. Great for groups, easy to dip in and out of, and very much the real Algarve.
