Festival FÉRTIL: Sensible Soccers (3 Oct) and Rossana (4 Oct), plus cinema, workshops and a market takes over Olhão — one of those Algarve gatherings where a whole town turns out for music, food and a proper celebration, centred on Parque Ribeirinho Poente.
Expect crowds, colour and a programme that runs late. Great for groups, easy to dip in and out of, and very much the real Algarve.
