1. Controller and contact
Metatron Marketing Ltd, Algarve, Portugal, operates LivingLink Algarve and is the controller for this route. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@livinglinkalgarve.com. Company information is available in the imprint.
2. Data, purposes and legal grounds
Private property enquiry
We process the name, email address, optional telephone number, language, enquiry preferences, message, source route, consent states and timestamps that you submit. The purpose is to answer your request and take steps at your request before a possible transaction (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Optional updates
Quinta Heights updates are processed only when the separate optional checkbox is selected (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Security and evidence
Limited technical connection data, pseudonymous request identifiers, audit events and security logs are processed to protect the service, prevent abuse and prove correct routing (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
First-party measurement
The pages send PII-free events such as page, guide and call-to-action events to the dedicated Quinta Heights endpoint. The Quinta Heights pages do not load third-party advertising pixels or behavioural marketing tags.
3. Recipients, isolation and transfers
Enquiry data is stored in the dedicated livinglink/quinta-heights namespace on access-controlled hosting infrastructure. It is not written to the generic LivingLink intake and there is no shared fallback. Enquiries and separately identified corporate research contacts may be transferred to the dedicated Quinta Heights lanes in Bitrix24 EU for follow-up and suppression control. The current Quinta Heights route does not perform an automated transfer outside the European Economic Area.
4. Corporate research and one-off B2B contact
LivingLink Algarve may record a company name, country, public business source, professional relevance evidence and a generic corporate role address published by the organisation itself. We do not use guessed, purchased or named personal addresses for this process. The purpose is one narrowly relevant business message concerning Quinta Heights information or an editorial or professional partnership. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, additionally restricted by the electronic-marketing rule of the recipient's country. Consumers are not contacted through this process. Each message identifies the public source and provides an authenticated immediate opt-out. An objection stops further Quinta Heights outreach and a minimal hashed suppression identifier is retained to honour it.
5. Retention
The operational retention rule for this world is 365 days. Enquiry records are then deleted or anonymised unless a continuing request, a statutory duty or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims requires longer retention. Optional marketing data is removed when consent is withdrawn. Encrypted backups are access-restricted and expire through the backup rotation.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent for updates. Identity verification may be required before disclosing or changing records. You may also complain to Portugal’s supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD). The European Commission’s data-protection guidance explains these rights.
7. Automated decisions and changes
No solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects is made through this enquiry route. Material changes to recipients, tracking, purposes or international transfers require an updated notice before activation.
